Introduction

Aaj ki modern duniya mein exercise ko aksar luxury ya sirf fitness lovers tak mehdood samjha jata hai. Lekin haqeeqat ye hai ke exercise ek bunyadi human right hai. Har insaan ko sehatmand, ba-izzat aur active zindagi guzarne ka haq hasil hai.
